Another “Legal Action” against Zuma over Nkandla


The Democratic Alliance’s legal team has written to the National Director of Public Prosecutions (NDPP) calling on him to furnish the party with a decision on whether to prosecute or not prosecute President Jacob Zuma over the Nkandla corruption scandals.

The official opposition party, DA wants the National Prosecution Agency (NPA) to give answers by no later than Monday, 15 May 2017, falling which, they will take legal action against the President.

The party wants President Zuma to be held fully accountable for his role in the Nkandla corruption scandal.
