The Democratic Alliance (DA) will on Tuesday lead a protest outside the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) offices following last night’s break-in.
The DA says the party is ready to do follow up on criminal charges laid against government officials over the past 10 months.
“We will also seek an update on whether the NPA has started any prosecutions as a result of these cases”.
The DA added that the people of South Africa need to be brought up to speed on what is being done by the South African Police Service in light of the crisis of this morning’s break-in at NPA offices in Pretoria.
This comes a week after a break-in occurred at the Hawks Head Office last week.
