The Former Confederation of South African Trade Union(Cosatu) Secretary General Zwelinzima Vavi tells workers to liberate away from unionism that is biased on the Employers.

Zwelinzima Vavi together with Irvan Jim’s Numsa  established the new workers movement rival to Cosatu to champion the exploitation of the working group by the employers.

The newly launched workers federation is not an affiliate of any political party and it will be independent from politics unlike Cosatu who is part of ANC and campaigns for the during or towards the elections

“We are tired of the sweetheart unionism, We are tired of Unions that are sleeping on the same bed with the employers, capitalist and oppressors” said Vavi
